Nose: Apple crumble, Charred Oak, Burnt Toast, Butterscotch, Caramel, Cedar, Cherry, Chocolate, Coconut, Floral, Fresh Bread, Honeysuckle, Nutmeg, Raisin, Strawberry, Vanilla Custard, Cornbread

Taste: Buttery, Creamy mouthfeel. Apple, Brown Butter, Brown Sugar, Candied Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Floral, Honey, Raisin, Strawberry Jam, Shortbread, Vanilla Custard, Powdered Sugar, Graham Cracker, Cinnamon Sugar, Fried Dough

Finish: Medium, Long length. Rich toasted bread, brown sugar, and vanilla custard create a breakfast profile; powdered cinnamon sugar, fried dough, honey, raisin, and light strawberry hit mid palate with a touch of oak tannins, charred oak spice, and nutmeg. Finish ends on a rich vanilla note, almost that of melted vanilla ice cream, brown butter, floral honey, and Graham cracker.

Overall: Think apple pie with vanilla ice cream and a powdered sugar dusting that changes into a freshly fried donut with honeysuckle, chocolate drizzle, nutmeg, and strawberry jam in the center.

This is dessert in a bottle that crushes every aspect of what a good wheater should be. Bready, light yeast, floral, fried dough, fruit, it’s got it all. I love this and I think everyone will love this.

Chase your Weller products, I’ll keep this and Maker’s Cask Strength (but this has MMCS beat)
